At the end of the road, just beyond the boundary of the estate, stretches another vineyard. Its owner is the only user, beside me, of the road leading to Fornasari. He once offered to sell me his property, which I could not afford to buy due to lack of experience in wine growing and personal resources of time. Buying that portion of land, one could bar the access to the whole property with a gate because no one else would use the road.
