The main structure includes two large indoor areas,
a garage and a cellar (once the stable), currently employed
for the storage of various materials. Above the former
stable is located a hayloft with a series of three arches.
This space could be reconstructed and serve for dwelling
or lodging. Above the bedrooms stretches the attic floor,
presently unused.
The basement of the building where the courses take
place is a wide warehouse and gives shelter to the tractor,
the milling machine and other materials.
A beautiful rustic stonework is located in the most
panoramic spot of the estate. This construction as well
can be recuperated with advantage, since it has a considerable
volumetry already registered at the general land office.
Additional structures are a woodshed and a shed in the
lower part of the vineyard. |
